We offer multiple ways to schedule an appointment. You can call our office at 973-759-7240 directly or you can fill out our online form on our website, click here.

After submitting a form, a team member from our office will be in touch with you to determine who you would like to see and available time slots and location. If your specific physician is not available, we have an excellent team of physicians who can see you at our multiple office locations.

The visit prior to scheduling your procedure is a consultation appointment. During your consultation appointment, your physician will go over your entire medical background including family history, current medications and risk factors for the procedure. Instructions—as well as any questions you may have before the procedure—will also be discussed. This initial meeting between patient and physician is crucial to put you on your path to wellness both before and after your procedure.

Please come prepared with your driver’s license, insurance card and your medical history from your primary care physician for your first appointment, as well as any completed forms that our staff will discuss with you during your initial phone call.

It’s best to review with your insurance company if you need a referral before you call for an appointment. If you still require assistance, our staff would be happy to help.

If you cannot make your scheduled appointment, please get in touch with the office 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
